I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and sport psychology consultant who works with high-performing individuals, athletes, business professionals, and people navigating stress, pressure, and high expectations.
My work bridges counseling psychology and performance psychology. Some clients come to me during periods of anxiety, burnout, relationship strain, or life transition. Others come because, despite outward success, they feel capable of more clarity, confidence, focus, and ease under pressure.
Across sport, work, and therapy, the goal remains the same: helping people show up and perform in ways that feel aligned, sustainable, and true to who they are.
My Approach
My approach is grounded in evidence-based clinical psychology and informed by years of applied work in mental health counseling and sport psychology. I help people develop a healthier relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and internal pressure, so those experiences no longer interfere when it matters most.
I integrate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, clinical hypnosis, and performance psychology. The work is collaborative and tailored to the individual, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model.
