Sean is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with teens and adults in individual therapy. Sean founded Cleary Counseling Services in 2017. He specializes in anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, depression, mood disorders, and many other issues. His training is in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Schema Therapy.
Sean is an adjunct faculty member at Penn State Brandywine where he teaches a variety of undergraduate psychology courses. He also provides sport psychology consultancy for athletes and teams, and has been featured in the media for his expertise in Sport Psychology.

Liz Anderson holds an associate license and she specializes in working with teenagers and young adults who experience anxiety and depression. Additionally, Liz specializes in counseling adults facing relational problems and life transitions. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients in forming treatment goals and overcoming challenges.
Liz began her career in special education and social work, where she worked with children and teens who experienced trauma, changing familial dynamics, grief and loss, and academic difficulties. She is currently accepting clients for in-person and virtual therapy.
Liz Sheehan specializes in working with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, mood disorders, and life transitions. Liz believes in working together with clients to identify specific goals and formulate treatment plans to overcome any challenges they are experiencing. She likes to view each relationship with clients as a team, supporting each individual on their own unique journey.
Liz completed her undergraduate studies at Saint Joseph’s University and spent her senior year completing a thesis studying the effects of grief on children and adolescents. Liz is currently accepting new virtual clients who reside anywhere in Pennsylvania.
